As I move closer to the fun part of decorating Eula's room, the main bulk of painting is done, just the woodwork left, I find myself shopping around for inspiration. I stand in a very tiny white box and wonder what it can become.Already just by painting over the Farrow&Ball Green Ground it has seemingly doubled in size. Comparatively it must have been a matchbox before. We've progressed onto tin can now I think.
But yes. It is small. But so is Eula and what I have in mind will make up for its shortcomings. Something that wouldn't look out of place in her room.I found this flat pack blank canvas on EBay for £29 and new it would be perfect..
And so I set about transforming it into my dream home, ooops, sorry! I clearly meant Nancy's dream home!! I had so much fun with this.
Inspired by my friends over on the Facebook Scandi interiors group and armed with these beautiful Ferm Living Dolls house scale wallpapers, courtesy of Suzanne over at This Modern Life (this shop will continuously crop up a fair bit in my blog I'm sure, major shop crush there!) I had what I needed to bring the ideas in my head into reality.

It doesn't hurt to aspire a little, save up for those key pieces that will stay with you for life. But I get more excited about what you can create on a budget. Reusing, repurposing, High Street bargain finds. This little, once awkward, room epitomises this.
