Shipping & Delivery

We send the majority of our orders via Royal Mail, though larger or heavier items may occasionally be sent with an alternative courier.

As a small, independent shop, all orders are packed and dispatched from our Cornwall store with care.

Processing Times

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days. During exceptionally busy periods (such as sales or Christmas), this may occasionally extend to 3 working days.

If you need your order urgently, we recommend selecting Speedy Shipping (24hr service) — these orders are prioritised and often sent out the same day if placed before 1pm.

  • Royal Mail Tracked 48 – £4.95
    Estimated delivery in 3–5 working days

  • Royal Mail Tracked 24 – £6.95 (under 5kg)
    Estimated delivery in 1–2 working days

  • Free Standard UK Shipping on orders over £69 (under 6kg)

  • Bulky Orders (6kg+) – From £10 (standard service)

Please note due to the large array of products in our store we cannot always accurately calculate shipping at checkout. Although this is a rare occurrence, if your parcel is overweight / extra large we will contact you. We always use the most affordable option whilst ensuring your parcel arrives quickly and in the best condition.

Working Days: Monday–Friday (excluding Bank Holidays)
We do not dispatch orders on weekends, despite being open.
Orders placed before 1pm  on a working day may be sent the same day, but this is not guaranteed; later orders may go the next working day during peak times.

- Orders received after 1pm on a Friday may not be processed until the following Monday, making Tuesday the "next working day" for dispatch.

Receiving Your Order

We've found Royal Mail to be the most reliable and considerate delivery service.
To avoid any issues, please ensure you have:

  • A designated safe place where appropriate

  • An agreement with your regular postie that best suits your building/ post receiving setup.

  • Or opt to collect from your local Royal Mail depot

Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost or stolen after delivery has been completed. While rare, this can happen — especially in busy urban areas — so a secure delivery setup is essential. 

We do not accept responsibility for parcels lost when delivered to an agreed safe place.

We cannot accept responsibility for orders lost from communal post areas, as found in flats/ shared working spaces. Most couriers no longer deliver to individual flats. Please keep this in mind.

International Shipping

As of January 2024, we’ve made the difficult decision to pause international shipping.
High shipping costs and the time involved with customs paperwork have become too prohibitive.
