A small handmade ceramic plate for a candle, made by Jane Lake in her Devon studio and exclusive to Alice in Scandiland. A little loop handle on the side makes it easy to carry while lit.

At around 9.5cm across, it's sized for our Stumpie and Giant beeswax candles, and holds a beeswax tealight just as well. It also makes a neat little soap dish.

Every plate differs slightly from the next, with its own glaze details and tones.

Care information

- Never leave a burning candle unattended.
- Stand on a heat-resistant surface, as the plate can get warm.
- To remove wax, pop the plate in the freezer for an hour and it should lift off easily.
- Wash by hand in warm soapy water.
