Antique James Keiller & Son's Dundee Marmalade stoneware jar, late 19th century.

Transferware typography in navy blue on salt-glazed white stoneware. Inscribed with Grand Medal of Merit, Vienna 1873 and Prize Medal for Marmalade, London 1862.

Good vintage condition with age-appropriate patina. A rare piece of Scottish food heritage and a beautiful object for the kitchen or shelf.
